Handlung
In a dystopian time, where a law has been passed prohibiting laughter, there is an atmosphere of fear and distrust. The freedom to express any kind of joy in public has been taken away. As a form of resistance, a group of actors and debaters decide to create an underground movement so that people can laugh in secret. The rest is noise.
